The IDF and ISA eliminated Izz al-Din Bik, commander of Hamas's Northern Gaza Brigade, in an overnight strike in Gaza City. More than 100 Israeli settlers rioted in the West Bank village of Jalud, blocking the return of a displaced Palestinian family and injuring three Border Police officers. Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said Tehran expects a formal US response Tuesday to its proposal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz.
